Highly Sensitive Youth
A highly sensitive person (HSP) is someone who is thought to have an increased or deeper central nervous system sensitivity to physical, emotional, or social stimuli. 15-20 percent of the population has this personality trait. Every fifth child is born with a more sensitive nervous system.

In this course you will be educated on the subject, and given guidance and tips on how to deal with being highly sensitive. Upon completing the course you will be able to turn your highly sensitive trait into the strength it can be!
